PHANTOMS THIRD EXHIBITION GAME

The Phantoms have added two new sections to their website. Team History takes a look back at back at the highlights of the past three seasons and includes a Record Book. Our Alumni section shows all past Phantoms who have or are making the jump to Division 1 college hockey.

The Mahoning Valley Phantoms will play their third and final exhibition game tomorrow, Thursday Sept. 7, when they host their NAHL rival Springfield Jr. Blues at 7:00pm at the Ice Zone in Boardman.
Admission is free and fans are invited to meet the Phantom players after the game!
The Phantoms, who will face Springfield three times during the upcoming regular season, were 4-0-0 against the Jr. Blues last season. The Phantoms are currently 2-0-0 in preseason play, and their season will commence next Wednesday, September 13 at the NAHL Showcase in Blaine, Minnesota, when they face the Wichita Falls Wildcats. The Phantoms home opener is Friday, November 3 against the Traverse City North Stars.
 SHOWCASE TICKETS: Tickets for next week’s season-opening North American Hockey League Showcase will be available at the host arena, the Schwan’s Super Rink in Blaine, Minnesota. Four-day tickets are $50 for adults and $20 for students. Single-game tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for students. All tickets will be available on Wednesday, September 13; the first day of the Showcase and will not be sold in advance.
All four Phantoms showcase games will be broadcast on www.mvpphantoms.com. The game times are Eastern Time.
