B. $495 for Hockey School and 1 Clinic - (23 hrs.)
C. $525 for Hockey School with Meal Plan and 1 Clinic - (23 hrs.)
D. $550 for Hockey School and both clinics
E. $580 for Hockey School with Meal Plan and both Clinics - (31 hrs.)
Campers on the meal plan will receive nutritious lunches daily prepared by local food suppliers to ensure campers are fueled and ready to perform their best throughout the rest of the day's activities.
The Ice Zone, home to the NAHL team the Mahoning Valley Phantoms, is the regions only double ice sheet facility. Secure locker room space as well as an in house pro shop providing skate sharpening and equipment needs can fully accommodate each player.

On Ice Instruction:
Power skating.
Stick handling.

Offensive and defensive situations and concepts.
Offensive and defensive positioning.
Video Analysis:
Every day, campers will receive video analysis of themselves performing a variety of skills. Daily video sessions will cover game concepts and situations.
Off Ice Training:
A certified strength coach will put the campers through hockey-specific dryland activities that are designed for their improvement. Each camper will receive a booklet, description and pictures of these exercises.
Instructional Lectures:
Each group will learn from daily lectures using instructional videos, diagrams and walk-throughs.
